  Non-functional phones on the sales floor is ridiculous. Who pays that much for a smart phone without seeing it in action first? The salesperson I spoke with didn't seem to care at all.

  Extremely rude and disrespectful customer service. Went in for a phone upgrade and was treated very poorly. They showed zero effort to go over best phone options and cost. Never explained the process step by step and asked for payment multiple times without even saying what was being charged to the card. Within the time I was being helped rep stopped in the middle of helping me and served other customers 3 separate times with no acknowledgement that I was still standing there. Very obvious staff does not enjoy their job and it shows, I will not be returning.
